Susan Rowe’s illustrations from a world inhabited by mythical creatures, wizards and fairies are the stuff of dreams. Delightfully painted in minute, detailed watercolours, they capture the spirit of a rarely glimpsed magical dimension that transcends time.

Sue and her husband Dave, set about transforming some pasture, perched high above the Teifi Valley, into a fantastical place that would fuel their imagination and nurture the spirit of wonder that they share. With a host of rare and unusual plantings fueled by her love of plants, flowers and wildlife which inspire her work, the 3½ acre gardens often appear to float above the cloud carpeting the valley 450 ft. below.

Sue’s work has featured in many publications including Paper Tiger/Dragon’s World books, The Welsh Books Council and Oxford University Press along with many computer game covers and brochures. Her work is gathered together for the first time in this web site which offers a range of fine art quality giclée prints and cards.

Prints are made to order on 310gsm cotton rag art papers using 10 ink pigment dye printers.
